The report stated that, according to data from the United Nations (UN) Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) between May 8 and July 22, the average daily death toll was 55.49 and the number of injuries was 152.

The estimated number of deaths and injuries during the 33 days that the British Parliament will be in recess was calculated based on OCHA data. Accordingly, it was estimated that the estimated number of deaths and injuries in Gaza in the 33 days will be 1,831 and the number of injuries will be 5,016. According to these calculations, it was estimated that approximately 45% of the deaths and injuries will be children.

The report noted that Israeli airstrikes, which are responsible for 45% of the deaths in Gaza, had an impact on the neighborhood, especially the use of 900-kilogram Mark 84 bombs. The report also emphasized that the sale of F-35 fighter jets manufactured in the UK to Israel should be stopped.

The report, which included statements by Oxfam UK President Halima Begum, said that Britain’s arms sales to Israel should be stopped and existing and new export licenses should be suspended.
