Hezbollah Movement Conducted a Kamikaze UAV Attack on the Israeli Border
Lebanon-based Hezbollah Movement launched an attack on an Israeli border settlement with a kamikaze drone. While tension in the region escalates, the Israeli Army has not yet made a statement.
Retaliatory Attack and Israel’s Response
In the statement made on Hezbollah’s official Telegram account, it was stated that it was a retaliation for Israel’s attack on Lebanon’s Burgaliye town. The target was hit precisely in the attack with a kamikaze UAV on the gathering area of Israeli soldiers in the Metula settlement. While it is stated that there are dead and injured people in Israel, there is no official statement from the army yet.
On the other hand, Israeli media claimed that the Israeli army detected that 3 UAVs belonging to Hezbollah had infiltrated the country. It was stated that the Israeli Air Force tracked these UAVs and one of them was shot down, while the others infiltrated the northern regions of the country.
