According to the report, a Palestinian prisoner was beaten to death by guards in an Israeli prison, breaking his ribs. In addition, two Palestinian prisoners died as a result of chronic illnesses not being treated. The number of Palestinian prisoners dying in Israeli prisons continues to rise.
