Zelenskyy: “Cooperation with the US is important”

The Ukrainian leader was in the UK to attend a meeting of the European Political Community (EPC). The EPC meeting, which includes 27 EU member states and 20 non-member states, acts as an informal platform for cooperation.
During his visit, Zelenskyy met with British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, who promised to provide 3 billion pounds in aid to the country and said they would “stand by Ukraine.” Zelenskyy said he expected the Keir Starmer era to be “a special period for British foreign policy.”
