The 6th Traditional Emiroğlu Festival, held in Kahramanmaraş with the aim of keeping alive the traditions and customs that are an important part of our culture, was celebrated with enthusiasm. The festival, held in Çobanbeyli District of Afşin district, brought together relatives living outside the city or in the neighborhood and contributed to the survival of the values passed on to future generations.
The traditional festival, which started in 2011, was suspended after difficult processes such as the pandemic and the February 6 Kahramanmaraş earthquake, but it was organized again this year with the aim of continuing the traditional rituals. The purpose of this special event is; Our aim is to bring family members together, even once a year, to reinforce unity and solidarity, to transfer our culture to future generations and to strengthen solidarity.
