In the statement made by the Governorship, it was stated that a temporary military security zone was declared in Hasankeyf district between 19 June and 3 July. Accordingly, unauthorized entry to the following areas is prohibited on the specified dates:
- In the north: Çatalsu Mahallesi Guharareziye ridges, Çine Tepe, Koyunlu Mahallesi, Diyar Tepe, Kubalo Tepe, Verkedavut Tepe Banikola ridge, east of Güneşli village, Diyarenesi Tepe, Riliki Tepe, south of Kelekçi village and more.
- In the south: Şikerharciya Hill, Gariavlike Hill, Beltaguvar Hill, Karakataş Hill extension, Çaymavan Hill, Poyraz Hill, Şayesir ridges, 1685 Rakımlı Hill, Kevni Hill, west of Şan Hill and other areas.
In the governor’s warning, it was stated that entering the specified areas without permission is prohibited and that criminal action will be taken against those who do not comply with this rule. It was emphasized that citizens should comply with these restrictions for the safety of life and property.
