The competitions organized within the scope of the 2024 “Mosques and Religious Officials Week” in Erzincan were held with great enthusiasm. In this special event, competitions in different categories for the Mufti’s Office staff were held in Terzibaba Mosque.
Participants demonstrated their talents in the competitions held in the presence of Provincial Mufti Muharrem Gül and the commission committee. While Terzibaba Mosque Expert Imam Hatibi Yunus Emre Kılıç won the first place in the Effective Sermon Presentation category, Aqaba Mosque Muezzin Trustee Burhan Eser won the first place in the Beautiful Adhan Reading competition. In the Hadith Memorization competition, Hancı District Akşemseddin Mosque Imam Hatibi İdris Dündar won the first place.
At the end of the competition, all the winning contestants were given various gifts by Provincial Mufti Gül. Chairman of the jury, Mufti Muharrem Gül, expressed his gratitude to all the religious officials who participated in the competition and everyone who contributed to the organization.
