Gülseren Bostancı, mother of DEVA Party Deputy Chairman and Manisa Deputy Selma Aliye Kavaf, was sent off on her last journey with a funeral ceremony held in Denizli today. A funeral ceremony was held for Bostancı, the former Minister of State for Family and Women, at Mufti Ahmet Hulusi Efendi Complex Mosque, following the noon prayer.
While the Kavaf family and many of their relatives attended the ceremony, Denizli Governor Ömer Faruk Coşkun, Denizli Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Bülent Nuri Çavuşoğlu, DEVA Party Deputy Chairman and Ankara Deputy Sadullah Ergin, Adana Deputy Sadullah Kısacık, Deputy Chairman İbrahim Çanakçı, GMYK Member Burçin Yerlii, Important names such as Future Party Denizli Deputy Sema Silkin Ün and AK Party Deputy Chairman Nihat Zeybekci also took part in the ceremony.
Gülseren Bostancı’s body was buried in Denizli Asri Cemetery after the ceremony. DEVA Party family and loved ones did not leave Bostancı alone on his last journey.
