Mayor Metin’s statement on the subject said, “As we promised, the tender for our TOKİ 3rd Stage residences has finally been held. The 131 residences and 1 commercial center project with 2 shops to be implemented in Yakutiye neighborhood will begin to be built as soon as possible.
