In Niğde, 17 convicts who successfully completed forklift and digger operator training received their certificates at the ceremony. A work machine operator course was organized within the framework of the protocol signed between Niğde Municipality, Niğde Provincial Directorate of National Education and Niğde Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, in order for the convicts on probation to gain professional knowledge and skills and contribute to social life.
17 trainees who successfully completed the 60-hour training given by the Public Education Center Directorate and passed the exam were given a construction equipment operator certificate. The trainees received their documents at the ceremony held at the Niğde Courthouse Conference Hall.
Officials’ Evaluations
Niğde Governor Cahit Çelik emphasized that the program is a project with employment guarantee and drew attention to the importance of the need for construction equipment operators. Governor Çelik said, “The friends whose certificates we will give today will find jobs very easily. This program has been a project with employment guarantee. I congratulate our obliged friends.” he said he
Niğde Mayor Emrah Özdemir stated that Niğde is a rapidly developing city and touched upon the importance of convicts receiving this training and becoming operators. Özdemir said, “We were also happy that the employees received this training and became operators. I congratulate them all.” he said
Niğde Chief Public Prosecutor Ufuk Mustafa Süren thanked the stakeholders who contributed to the organization of the course and congratulated the convicts who successfully completed the course.
Certificate Distribution Ceremony
Following the speeches, certificates were given to the trainees who successfully completed the backhoe-loader and forklift operator course. The ceremony aimed to enable convicts to contribute to social life and find employment with the new skills they acquired.
