A fire broke out on the tandoor roof of a house on Orhan Gazi Street in Topçular Neighborhood in Iğdır. While the cause of the fire has not yet been determined, the incident was noticed in a short time and Iğdır Municipality Fire Department teams took action immediately.
As a result of the teams’ rapid and effective intervention, the fire was brought under control before it spread to the surrounding area. While there were no casualties or injuries, it was reported that there was material damage. Detailed investigations into the cause of the fire are ongoing.
Citizens at the scene also stated that they were amazed by the professional response and speed of the teams. The fire was extinguished before it could spread, thus protecting other houses in the area.
