He shared with the public what happened during his visit to tradesmen and drew attention to the economic difficulties.

Tradesmen selling second-hand goods expressed the decrease in the number of customers and economic difficulties and said, “Those who used to come to shop have now started to come to sell the items in their homes. As tradesmen who cannot make siftah, we are struggling and trying to protect our honor.”

Nation’s tradesmen expressed the difficulties they experienced due to economic difficulties. A tradesman stated that he had to pay for transportation with the small amount of money he had out of his pocket and that he was having a difficult time economically. He also stated that his wife was ill and he was struggling to make ends meet.

A shopkeeper said that he was involved in the garment business in the past, but went bankrupt when the AKP came to power. He stated that he started the business without capital and had been doing this job on the street for many years, but was in a difficult situation due to recent economic difficulties.
