Murat Esgin, a terror veteran who was injured in a bomb attack organized by the terrorist organization PKK in Elazığ in 1997, struggled for his life with the seriouss he received on his body. He was injured by the shrapnel of his fellow martyrs and veterans and lost many organs.

Esgin reacted to the decision to change his position and said, “If they deem us worthy of these positions, we will happily work in them. What did we, as families of martyrs and veterans, do to deserve this treatment?” He made statements as follows.
