In Tekirdağ’s Çorlu district, 4 people were injured in the incident that occurred due to a field issue between two related groups. It was reported that the fight took place using knives and sticks. The incident took place at night at the intersection of Havuzlar Mahallesi İsmetpaşa Boulevard and Mehteran Street. Allegedly, tension increased due to a long-standing field dispute and turned into a fight.
The 4 injured people were taken to Çorlu State Hospital by ambulance after receiving first aid from the medical teams dispatched to the scene. During the fight, material damage also occurred to a vehicle belonging to one of the relatives.
While police teams launched a large-scale investigation into the incident, the statements of the parties were taken. Additionally, efforts are continuing to obtain details of the incident by examining security cameras.
