Straw Fire Extinguished Before It Grows
The hay fire that occurred in Saraç Village of Tokat’s Zile district was taken under control with rapid intervention before it grew. The fire started around 17:00 and appeared in the hay bales belonging to Mehmet Bozdemir in the village. The straw caught fire for an undetermined reason and an attempt was made to extinguish it with the help of the people around.

The fire, which had the potential to grow with the influence of the wind, was intervened in time and a bigger disaster was prevented. Unfortunately, the straw became unusable and property damage occurred. However, serious damage was prevented by keeping the fire under control by preventing it from spreading to the surrounding area.
