AK Party has determined a new three-legged communication strategy for the coming period. Within the scope of this strategy, “blind spots” in communication with the public will be identified, discourse working groups will be formed with MPs, AK Party MPs will be encouraged to be more active in the Parliament and the frequency of press conferences will be increased.
Discourse Working Groups and Active Parliament Participation
In the new period, the AK Party administration will form discourse working groups with MPs that will change from time to time in order to identify “blind spots” in communication with the public. These groups will determine the agenda and ensure unity of discourse among party members. In addition, necessary steps will be taken to ensure that AK Party deputies are more active in the Parliament. Deputies will be encouraged to speak more during parliamentary proceedings and press conferences will be held regularly.
