The Consulate General of Jeddah took action after some citizens who went to Mecca by different means in recent days and could not hear from their relatives expressed their concerns. In the statement made in this context, it was announced that a special telephone line was opened to provide support in case Turkish citizens cannot receive news from their relatives.

In the statement, “The telephone support line, which was established specifically for our citizens who went to Mecca through different means other than the Hajj visa and have not heard from their relatives, provides service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
