Governor Ziya Polat visited the Şehittepe Base Region to support the operations against the terrorist organization PKK in the Çemçe-Madur region. He came together with the soldiers serving here and celebrated Eid al-Adha.
Governor Polat, who inspected the base area, received detailed information about the equipment used by the soldiers and the work carried out. Expressing his gratitude to the gendarmerie personnel who work 24/7 for the peace and security of the public, Governor Polat stated that their support will continue to the heroes who selflessly serve in the fight against terrorism.
