Tech giant Apple is a brand known for providing long-term update support. For this reason, with the release of the iPhone 16, older iPhone models are expected to receive the same iOS update. However, analyst Ming Chi Kuo, who is known for his closeness to Apple, looks at this situation from a different perspective.
Kuo suggests that many features in the new iOS version will not be available on older models. According to the analyst, models other than the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max in particular will not be able to benefit from this update to its full potential.

Kuo also notes that pre-iPhone 12 models will now be considered Apple’s “junk” category and will not receive any support. This means that iPhone 11 and older models will not receive updates.
