A total of 2 people were injured in traffic accidents in Elazığ city today. The first accident took place on the Southern Ring Road. The accident, which occurred as a result of the collision between an intercity passenger bus and a light commercial vehicle, caused 1 person to be injured. Following the accident, medical and police teams were dispatched to the scene and attended to the injured person.
The second accident took place at the Elazığ-Diyarbakır highway airport junction. One person was slightly injured in the accident that occurred as a result of the collision between a minibus and a pickup truck, the drivers and license plates of which were not known. The injured person was sent to the hospital after first aid at the scene.
A detailed investigation has been initiated regarding both accidents, focusing on the causes of the accidents and possible negligence.
