PKK and Regional Turmoil
The terrorist organization PKK and its offshoots continue to increase the chaos in the region. It has been learned that the PKK/YPG, which has been in conflict with Arab tribes in the region for some time, has requested support from the US against these tribes. With the support it received, the terrorist organization conducted reconnaissance in the region and conveyed its new targets to US officials. It was reported that the US, which provides air support to the regions where reconnaissance information is given, has conducted UAV attacks on specified individuals and points; and recently carried out an assassination against a target indicated by the organization. It is claimed that the target in the vehicle was a prominent figure of one of the Arab tribes in conflict with the PKK, who was neutralized by the UAV attack.
It is reported that the US has taken precautions against the possibility of the conflict spreading from the Robarya, Rümeylan and Şeddadi bases in Hasakah to the Ömer Oil Field, Koniko and Tenek bases east of the Euphrates River and has placed approximately 700 PKK/YPG terrorists there The US army has sent a military convoy of 70 vehicles consisting of trucks loaded with ammunition and Humvee-type combat vehicles to this base.
Confessions of an American Colonel
Retired US colonel and former Defense Department advisor Douglas MacGregor made some striking revelations in a broadcast he attended. MacGregor stated that the tension in the Middle East was being turned into a major war by Israel, and also revealed the US’s plan regarding the PKK. Douglas MacGregor stated that the US was preparing the terrorist organization PKK for new attacks against Turkey.

- “We Encourage and Arm the PKK”
- “We are preparing our forces in Syria to attack Turkey. Who am I talking about? We are encouraging and arming the PKK, YPG and some other organizations that act together with them to attack Turkey. The Turks are also aware of this situation and are “very disturbed by it.”
- “We have done this regularly in the past. But this time it is much more serious. The Russians have established a new base in northern Syria. They do not want this to put us in a position to take direct action against them. In other words, we are heading towards a major war involving Israel. We, as the United States, are already part of this process.”
