Human Tragedy Continues in Gaza Strip

The occupying Israeli army has been bombing the Gaza Strip for 280 days, and as a result of these attacks, approximately 2 million Palestinians have been displaced. At least 38,345 Palestinians have been martyred and 88,295 people have been injured. Hospitals and educational institutions are also being targeted during the attacks.

Israeli authorities are causing international outrage by making statements calling for Palestinian people in Gaza to be forced to flee. The resistance of the civilian population living in Gaza and their attachment to their land are thwarting the plans of the occupying Israel.

America’s Floating Dock Project and Its Disappointment

The United States launched a floating dock project to deliver humanitarian aid to Gaza by sea. However, the project did not achieve the expected success and the flow of emergency aid into Gaza remained limited. President Biden described the project as disappointing.

Jordanian expert Ahmed Hayle stated that the floating dock project has failed to achieve its original goals and questioned America’s sincerity in delivering humanitarian aid to Gaza. Hayle assessed America’s true intentions in aiding Gaza and the failure of the project in detail.

Stating that Israel uses its hunger policies in Gaza as a tool of war, Hayle emphasized that America supports Israel and this support will not change. He stated that Israel’s forced hunger policies in the Gaza Strip are morally and humanely unacceptable.

While Israel’s attacks on Gaza and the disappointments experienced in America’s humanitarian aid projects are further deepening the humanitarian tragedy in the region, it is emphasized that the international community should not remain indifferent to this situation.
