Şelale Ağa was elected for the first time in Turkey in Çaybaşı District of Ordu
At the ‘Waterfall Festival’ held for the second time this year, the waterfall master was chosen for the first time in Turkey. The festival, held in the İlküvez District of the district, witnessed many firsts. At the festival organized by İlküvez and Surroundings Culture and Tourism Solidarity Association (İLÇEVDER), waterfall lord selection was held for the first time in Turkey.
Association President İsa Aydoğdu, who started preparations for the festival months ago, stated that Ordu is the city of waterfalls and said, “We have 22 waterfalls in İlküvez Neighborhood. We are a society at peace with nature and we want to make the most of tourism in this geography.”
Within the scope of the festival, 4 types of cauldron food were served, and canoe trips were organized in the lake formed by the waterfalls. In the waterfall master competition, which was the first in Turkey, a donation competition was held between business people from Çaybaşı and İlküvez. Mustafa Cazır was selected as the festival master with a donation of 52 thousand TL and became the first waterfall master of Turkey.
Mustafa Cazır contributed to the colorful atmosphere of the festival by greeting the citizens on horseback.
