At least 38,243 Palestinians have been killed and 88,033 injured in Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip since October 7. This number includes 15,694 children and 10,279 women.
HUDA PAR’s Bill of Law
HUDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu,In his speech at the TBMM General Assembly, he stated that the Ministry of Justice should be given the “authority to file a lawsuit against those involved in the crime of genocide.” Yapıcıoğlu presented a bill that would strip dual citizens who participated in the genocide of their citizenship.
Bill Approved
HUDA PAR’s bill proposal was accepted. The proposal stipulates that those who are not in Turkey and commit crimes abroad can be tried according to Turkish law. The proposal will be discussed in the TBMM General Assembly.
CHP Opposed
CHP Group Deputy Chairman Murat Emir made a statement after HUDA PAR Chairman Zekeriya Yapıcıoğlu’s speech, saying, “It is not right to make a speech based on false news.” The CHP group voted ‘no’ to the proposal.
