It emphasized the importance of a ceasefire, especially for the evacuation of civilians in the conflict zone. The statement also warned ambulances and emergency teams not to shoot. Civilians were advised to stay in their homes and stay away from windows.
On the other hand, the Libyan First Aid and Ambulance Service stated that the ongoing clashes in the Suk al-Khudar and Bi’r al-Ghanem areas of the city pose a danger to civilians. It was warned that civilians in these areas should be careful and take the necessary precautions.
