Israeli National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir is known as an extreme right-wing figure. Ben-Gvir, together with Negev and Galilee Development Minister Yitzhak Wasserlauf, and some members of the Israeli Parliament, raided the Al-Aqsa Mosque accompanied by fanatic Jewish groups. This raid took place in occupied East Jerusalem.
In his video message shared on social media during the raid, Ben-Gvir said, “There are important developments here in terms of governance and sovereignty. It is now seen that Jews worship here. As I have stated before, our policy is based on allowing (Jewish) worship here.”He used the expressions.
The Hamas Movement, on the other hand, condemned the raid on the Al-Aqsa Mosque by Israeli ministers together with fanatic Jews who usurped Palestinian lands, stressing that this action worsened the situation and amounted to “pouring gasoline on the fire.”
