The Palestinian Red Crescent announced that the occupying Israel has increased its attacks on Khan Younis in the last four days, forcing thousands of Palestinians to migrate. It was stated that hundreds of families displaced by the Israeli attacks in Gaza could not find shelter and were struggling to survive in tents and in the rubble of collapsed buildings.
The statement, which drew attention to the fact that there is no safe area in the Al-Mawasi region due to the density, emphasized the extent of the tragedy experienced in the occupied territories. It was stated that even with the increase in the number of people seeking safety in the so-called “humanitarian zone” of Al-Mawasi, no place could be found.
The Palestinian Red Crescent also touched on the fact that the Israeli army did not allow the local people to cross into northern Gaza. It called on the international community to take urgent steps to stop the forced migration, end the suffering in Gaza and end the attacks.
