According to a declaration signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin, the assets of the US-based packaging company Silgan Holdings in Russia have been temporarily transferred to the local government. The company’s facilities in the cities of Stupin and Enem will be operated by the Federal Property Management Agency, the declaration stated.
