Presidential Cabinet Meets
After a three-week break, the Presidential Cabinet convened in the Presidential Complex and ended after a meeting that lasted approximately four hours. Turkey continues to follow developments, especially in the Middle East, with great care.

Developments in the Region
Head of Hamas Political Bureau Ismail Haniyeh After the martyrdom of , the increasing tension between Iran and Israel and the Israeli attacks on Lebanon, the tension in the region has increased considerably. In the cabinet meeting, the genocidal Benjamin NetanyahuThe strategies to be followed against the administration’s efforts to spread tension throughout the region were discussed.
Additionally, steps to be taken to increase international pressure against the ongoing Israeli massacres in the Gaza Strip and to provide urgent humanitarian aid to the Palestinians were also discussed.
Counter-Terrorism Operations
Another important topic of the meeting was Turkey’s fight against terrorism. In particular, ongoing operations targeting the terrorist organization PKK in northern Iraq and Syria were evaluated in detail.
Economic developments
The latest status of the economic program implemented within the framework of the Medium Term Program and the 12th Development Plan was also brought to the agenda at the cabinet meeting. Additional measures that could be taken to permanently reduce inflation, one of the main goals of the economic program, and improvements in economic indicators were emphasized.
The meeting once again demonstrated Turkey’s determination to follow domestic and foreign policy developments more closely.
