Çamlıdere Mayor Adem Ceylan states that President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan witnessed the process called the “spirit of 94” when he was elected Mayor of Istanbul in 1994.

Adem Ceylan states that he was on inspection, audit, investigation and investigation duties in Istanbul at that time and that they met when Erdoğan was elected as the Mayor of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. Stating that he experienced the spirit of 1994, Ceylan emphasizes that sincerity and goodwill were at the forefront at that time.

Adem Ceylan states that he took office in the Ankara Provincial Special Administration with the restructuring of special administrations in 2005 and worked as the deputy secretary general until 2014. Stating that during President Erdoğan’s term as Prime Minister, major investments were made in areas such as rural infrastructure services, education, health, and sports facilities, Ceylan says that the amount of investments made in Ankara is 5-10 times more than what was made in 80 years. He states that major projects such as a thousand classrooms and a thousand kilometers of asphalt roads are implemented annually.
