President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan returned to Turkey following the July 20 Peace and Freedom Day ceremonies held in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. President Erdoğan, who landed at Istanbul Atatürk Airport on the private jet TC-CAN, was welcomed by Istanbul Governor Davut Gül, AK Party Istanbul Provincial Chairman Osman Nuri Kabaktepe and other officials.
President Erdoğan left the airport after shaking hands and chatting with those who came to greet him.
