Öngül decided to donate the 3,500 lira she had been saving for two years to support her peers in Palestine. Öngül went to the Turkish Religious Foundation Amasya Branch with her mother and handed over her pocket money to the Turkish Religious Foundation Amasya Branch President and Provincial Mufti Durmuş Ayvaz.
Ayvaz:“I would like to thank our little child for his sensitive behavior. Let us pray for our brothers in Palestine to be saved from the troubles they are in and let us not forget this savagery and let us not let it be forgotten,” he said .
