It has been reported that normalization talks will begin between Turkey and Syria under the coordination of Russia. After Turkish and Syrian officials come together in the first stage of the normalization process, meetings are expected to take place at the level of Foreign Ministers. It is stated that technical talks may begin in the future under the mediation of Russia. It is anticipated that Turkey-Syria contacts will become more frequent and cooperation will increase in the near future.
