According to MİT, senior leaders of the terrorist organization gave the order to attack the TSK’s operation area in Hakurk. This order was conveyed to other organization members in the field by terrorists V. Duran and Dilan Öklü, who are wanted for terrorist crimes.
According to MIT’s findings, it was determined that Duran and Öklü were neutralized in an operation at the point where they went to meet to convey the orders. It was revealed that V. Duran joined the terrorist organization PKK/KCK in 2014 and was active after receiving armed training in northern Iraq. Similarly, it was determined that Dilan Öklü, who was included in armed actions by the organization in 2014 when she was 15 years old, was the sister of PKK/KCK member Vedat Öklü.
