The Ministry of Health took action to help citizens in the flood disaster that occurred in the provinces of Ordu, Samsun, Muş, Erzurum, Elazığ and Ağrı. The Ministry assigned 7 National Medical Rescue Team (UMKE) teams and 22 ambulances to support the regions affected by the flood.
The ministry’s statement included the following statements:
We wish God’s mercy upon our two citizens who unfortunately lost their lives in the flood disaster that occurred as a result of heavy rainfall in the provinces of Ordu, Samsun, Muş, Erzurum, Elazığ and Ağrı, and we offer patience and condolences to their families. . We convey our best wishes to our citizens in the regions affected by the flood disaster.
Within the scope of relief activities in the flood region, 7 UMKE teams and 22 ambulances were assigned.
