Israel Continues Attacks on Gaza
Following the deaths of many Palestinians as a result of its attacks on the Mawasi region west of Khan Younis in the Gaza Strip, Israel has launched attacks on the southern and central parts of Gaza today.
At least 17 Palestinians Killed in New Attack
At least 17 Palestinians were killed and 26 others were injured in an Israeli airstrike targeting a vehicle in Khan Younis, southern Gaza, Gaza health officials said.
Attack Victims Transferred to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis
The airstrike reportedly hit a tented area on Attar Street where displaced families were sheltering. The bodies of the wounded and those killed were brought to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis.
Israel’s Statement
Israel said it targeted Hamas military commander Mohammed Deif in an attack on Saturday. Palestinian officials said at least 90 people were killed and hundreds were injured on Saturday.
