Israeli Army Launches Operation Against Hezbollah Targets
According to news reported by Israel’s Channel 12 Television, the Israeli army has launched a comprehensive operation targeting Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon. Simultaneously with this development, Ben Gurion Airport has been closed to all flights. All flights from the airport have been cancelled, and planes landing at Ben Gurion have been diverted to regional countries.
Sirens in Northern Israel
Immediately after the Israeli army’s attacks on Lebanon, Hezbollah reportedly began launching missile and rocket attacks on northern Israel in response. Sirens began to sound in many settlements in the Galilee region of the country, such as Dovev, Baram and Ein Yacov.
Shelter Warning to Citizens
On the other hand, according to the Israeli Army Radio, Israeli authorities have warned citizens living in the area to stay in shelters. This is considered a measure taken to ensure the safety of the people living in the area.
