Attack on Israeli Army School in Gaza
The Israeli army carried out an airstrike on the al-Tabi’in school, where displaced civilians are taking shelter in the Ad-Deraj neighborhood in eastern Gaza, where thousands of people have reportedly gathered in search of safety, Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
The attack occurred while the displaced people were performing their morning prayers. In this tragic incident, at least 100 people lost their lives, many people were injured. According to information provided by local sources, it was reported that the bodies were dismembered as a result of the attack and were damaged by burning due to the fire. It is stated that civil defense teams are having difficulty collecting the body parts scattered around.
The Israeli army announced in its own statement that its air force had targeted the Tabi’in School, which Hamas uses as its headquarters. This incident once again revealed how deep the tension in the region has become.
