Malaysia announced that Prime Minister Enver Ibrahim, who posted about Haniyeh, was censored by Instagram owner Meta.

Instagram, which has been displaying a similar attitude since the genocide process that began on October 7, 2023, has been blocked by the Information Technologies and Communication Authority in Turkey. This situation has brought into question the practices of social media platforms towards their users in Turkey.
