Led by Islamic NGOs, the crowd gathered on Turgut Ozal Boulevard and marched to Gulistan Street, decked in Palestinian flags. The group members chanted “Down with Israel” and carried banners that read “Rise up and say stop to this oppression.”
The participants gathered on Gulistan Avenue and waited in silence before dispersing as prayers were read for those who lost their lives in Palestine.
