In his post on his social media account, Işıkhan reminds of the collective agreement bonus gain for civil servants in the 7th Term Public Collective Agreement, which was carried out on the basis of social dialogue with unions and confederations.
According to Işıkhan’s post, the bonus that was canceled as a result of the CHP’s application to the Constitutional Court had caused a decrease in the salaries of civil servants. However, thanks to the article approved in the Turkish Grand National Assembly General Assembly with the contributions of the People’s Alliance deputies, unionized civil servants will be entitled to a bonus of 641.81 TL. With this regulation, all unionized civil servants will be able to benefit from the bonus fairly.
Işıkhan emphasized that they always support the gains of workers and civil servants and thanked the People’s Alliance deputies who contributed to the enactment process of this regulation, which will be beneficial for civil servants.
