As a result of the inspections carried out within the scope of forest fire prevention measures in Aydın’s Efeler district, a total administrative fine of 63 thousand 612 TL was imposed on 31 people who entered forest areas without permission and lit barbecues.
In line with the instructions of Aydın Governorship, Efeler District Gendarmerie Command teams started inspection and control work in forest areas. In this context, during the inspections carried out in Zeytinköy District, 31 people were detected entering the forest area without permission and lighting a barbecue.
An administrative fine of 63 thousand 612 TL in total, 2 thousand 52 TL per person, was imposed on these people who did not comply with the decisions taken to prevent forest fires.
Gendarmerie teams will continue to contribute to the protection of natural areas by continuing their patrol activities in order to prevent forest fires.
