Following the outage of Gaza-Europe Hospital, officials from the Ministry of Health in Gaza have highlighted the importance of Nasser Hospital, which provides services in Khan Younis and Rafah in the south of the region. The statement said that the Nasser Hospital’s electrical generators could become inoperable within a few hours due to a lack of fuel. It was emphasized that some sections of the hospital are currently out of service.
It was stated that the necessary fuel for the generators of Nasser Hospital should be provided urgently, with a call to international and humanitarian aid organizations. It was reported that as a result of the attacks and raids carried out by the Israeli army in the last 9 months, a total of 34 hospitals and 64 health centers in the Gaza Strip were out of service, and 161 health institutions were targeted.
