Social Reaction to the Provocation Attempt
After the fire, DEM Party Mardin Deputy Saliha Aydeniz attempted a provocation, and the common sense attitude of Governor Akkoyun and AK Party Deputy Kılıç was foiled with the support of the villagers. Residents of Yücebağ District did not allow the provocation and showed their reaction against the DEM Party representative.
Villagers’ Message of Support to the Governor
Residents of Yücebağ Neighborhood stood up for Governor Akkoyun and prevented the provocation of the DEM Party MP. The villagers apologized to the Governor and the AK Party Deputy and said, “These are not from us, they are here only for provocation. Please forgive us, they are trying to disturb our peace.”
