Regional Traffic Inspection Branch Directorate teams followed the drivers closely during the drone inspections they carried out in Bilecik. During the inspections, a total of 22 vehicle drivers were inspected and drivers who did not comply with the rules were fined.
As a result of the inspections, a total of 31,626 TL administrative fines were imposed on 21 vehicle drivers under the article ‘Not Complying with the Red Light Rule’. In addition, a driver of a vehicle was fined 1,506 TL for not complying with the rule ‘The driver should pass the vehicle in front of him in places where passing is prohibited by any traffic sign’.
During drone inspections, where a total of 33,132 TL fines were imposed, traffic teams warned drivers to comply with the rules. It was emphasized that compliance with traffic rules is of great importance for both the drivers’ own safety and the safety of other road users.
