Uraloğlu stated that upon completion of the project, they will restore 26 registered historical buildings with a total area of ​​​​83 thousand 300 square meters and bring them into use. “We will have brought the 1.8-kilometer coastline to our people after 1.5 centuries.”he said

Uraloğlu stated that they both protected the industrial heritage of this unique region and made a significant contribution to the brand value of Istanbul. “Tersane Istanbul will bring the historical Ottoman shipyards back to the heart of Istanbul and become a vibrant part of city life again with an exemplary conservation approach that reveals the rich past of the secluded shipyard area.”made his assessment.
