Fenerbahce on Spain Route for Midfield Reinforcements
Fenerbahçe continues its transfer operations without slowing down. The yellow-navy team under Jose Mourinho’s supervision has taken action in Spain to reinforce the midfield area. Among the names on the transfer list is Sevilla’s 25-year-old player Pepelu.
Fenerbahçe has decided to start negotiations with Sevilla for the Pepelu transfer. Efforts will be made for the Spanish footballer to wear the yellow-navy jersey.
Pepelu scored 8 goals and made 1 assist in 39 official matches for Sevilla. The 1.86 tall young player can play as a defensive midfielder as well as a central midfielder.
Pepelu, who has yet to experience a trophy joy in his career, continues his contract with Spanish team Sevilla until June 2028.
While the market value of 25-year-old Pepelu was determined as 22 million euros, the Spanish footballer also played for his country’s U17, U18, U19 and U21 national teams.
