World-famous pianist and composer Fazıl Say, who took the stage on the 3rd day of the Marmaris International Culture and Arts Festival, and Serenad Bağcan, who fascinated with her voice, presented an unforgettable musical feast. The concert took place at Marmaris Amphitheater and hosted approximately 5 thousand people.
Marmaris Mayor Acar Ünlü and famous artist Emel Sayın were also among those who watched the concert. The audience showed great interest in Fazıl Say, who was inspired by the works of female poets, Serenad Bağcan, who accompanied her with her strong voice, Volkan Hürsever on double bass, and Ferit Odman on drums.
In the impressive performance hosted by Yekta Kopan at the concert, poems by Şüküfe Nihal Başar, Ayten Mutlu, Gülten Akın, Nilgün Marmara, Sezen Aksu, Furuğ Ferruhzad, Birhan Keskin, Ece Temelkuran, Didem Madak, Bejan Matur and Selenay Koçer were sung. The concert ended with an emotional and powerful ending, with the performance of ‘Human Human’.
