Conflicts and Evacuations in the Belgorod Region
Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov, in a statement on social media, Belgorod Krasnoyarguzhskyannounced that clashes with the Ukrainian army have begun in the region. Gladkov stated that evacuation procedures have begun in order to ensure the safety of the local population and that citizens are being moved to safer areas.
