Aksaray

In Aksaray, the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day events began with a ceremony. The Quran was read and prayers were said at the ceremony held at the Aksaray Martyrs’ Memorial.

Relatives of martyrs in Mersin visited the martyrs’ cemetery in the Toroslar district of Mersin Asri Cemetery on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day.

Osmaniye

A commemoration ceremony was held at the Garrison Martyrs’ Cemetery in Osmaniye as part of the July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day events. Governor Erdinç Yılmaz offered his condolences to the family of Special Operations Police Officer Mehmet Karacatilki, who was martyred in the bomb attack carried out by FETÖ members in the Gölbaşı district of Ankara on July 15.

Amasya

A commemoration ceremony was held at Amasya Martyrs’ Cemetery on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day.

Mardin

A program was organized in Mardin for the 15th of July Democracy and National Unity Day. Carnations were laid at the ceremony held at the Mardin Garrison Martyrs’ Memorial.

Martyrs’ cemeteries were visited in Kayseri on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day. Soldiers fired a salute during the program.

Malatya

In the commemoration program held at the grave of Fuat Bozkurt, a martyr of July 15, in Malatya City Cemetery, the Quran was read and prayers were said. The ceremony was attended by the martyr’s mother Sebahat Bozkurt and her relatives, as well as the 2nd Army Chief of Staff and Garrison Commander Major General Tuncay Altuğ, Provincial Police Chief Arif Çankal, Provincial Gendarmerie Commander Gendarmerie Senior Colonel Ercan Altın, AK Party Provincial Chairman Namık Gören and many interested parties and citizens.

Bursa

Carnations were laid on the graves of martyrs and prayers were said in Bursa on the occasion of July 15 Democracy and National Unity Day. The Quran was read at the ceremony held at Pınarbaşı Martyrdom. The ceremony was attended by relatives of martyrs, veterans and institution personnel.
